Herbs for Sleep & Nurturing the Dreamtime with Judy Lieblein 3/22/26

Many factors can interfere with a restful night's sleep.  In this class, we will explore the plants, flower essences and essential oil that support deep sleep and enhance the dream state by easing tension in the body, mind and heart.  We'll discuss specific herbal allies known to stimulate dreaming and encourage psychic/visionary dreams and aid in dream recall. Practical tips on sleep hygiene along with techniques for inviting and deepening the dreaming experience will be shared.
