Product Return Policy

At Milagro Herbs we strive to provide a superior natural product that is handcrafted and effective. Our refund and exchange policy is outlined below in the case that a customer is dissatisfied with any product.

1.     All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are handled on an individual basis. No refunds or exchanges are made for bulk/loose herbs, custom formulas, or other shelf products.

2.     Exchanges may apply depending on what the issue is with the product. Milagro Herbs will use their discretion in the situation.

3.     Refunds or exchanges may be reviewed in the case of compromised quality.

Please be aware that natural products containing no harmful chemicals and preservatives (such as those made at Milagro Herbs) should be treated with extra care. Here are a few tips:

·        Do not leave products exposed to heat or sunlight for excessive amounts of time. Keep them cool. Use within one year of purchasing.

·        Before putting hands or fingers into a product it is best to wash them. Hands have a large amount of bacteria and mold that can contaminate a product.
