Holy Smokes - Plants & Resins for Healing with Judy Lieblein 12/13

In this class, we will explore and experience a variety of plants and
resins that have traditionally been used to cleanse, clear, and protect both
ourselves and the spaces we inhabit. These allies can assist in
establishing healthy boundaries, support the integrity of a space, and
create an environment that feels held, grounded and protected.

In addition to learning about their traditional uses, we'll explore several
ways to work with these plants beyond smudging or burning. Topics will
include steaming, hydrosols, herbal washes, and incense, offering
practical and versatile approaches for incorporating these plant
medicines into everyday life with reverence. 

Includes handouts and hands on exprience with the plants and resins.
