In this\u003cbr\u003eexperiential class, we will work deeply with a single plant ally and explore practices for\u003cbr\u003econnecting with plant spirit and consciousness.\u003cbr\u003eThrough meditation, embodied awareness, and the ingestion of a small amount of tincture, tea, or flower essence, participants will experience a guided plant journey designed to deepen intuitive connection. A plant attunement practice will further support this relationship.
